"Brasil Oh How I Love You!" - Original Poetry By Me

Blue oceans all around me,
And lapping at my feet,
The golden sand reflects the sun,
My God how life is sweet!

Brasil oh how I love you!
You changed my life you know,
You've shown me so much beauty,
You've shown me how to grow.

Beaches and mountains in paradise,
Clean air and sky so blue,
A sea that's never ending,
A love affair so true.

I don't belong back home no more,
The sky for me is too dull,
This Brit has finally realised,
He has a Brazilian soul.

Thanks so much for the compliment!
Yes I believe very much in fate and destiny and I believe that I would have ended up here in Brasil one way or another...
See you around!

Hi blogthatmama!
Welcome to my Blog! and thank you for the compliment!
Come back again anytime that you don't want to clean the house! haha

Hi gonebacksouth!
Yes I really am part of Brasil now!
It was quite difficult in the beginning: learning the language, getting used to the bureacracy e.t.c... especially as I arrived here not being able to understand anybody as I could only speak one word in Portuguese ("Obrigado": Thank You) but I soon started learning and I usually defeat most of my obstacles! :)
See you around dear friend!
