"New Day" - Original Poetry By Me

New life,
New day,
New wonder,
New way.

Old life,
Goodbye,
Old times,
Don't cry.

Now happy,
Now true,
So loving,
With you.

Pain gone,
Hurt hidden,
Past violence,
All ridden.

New day,
All true,
New life,
Thank you!

Brit, this poem I could understand... It is shorter than the others above, with a little-known words... Understanding poetry in english is more difficult for me, because of the meaning of some vocabulary's words... In simple texts, we always have the possibility to deal with the whole message and one or other word doesn't make so much diference for the understanding of the whole!... Hugs!

Brit, I think I wrote a mistake: I wanted to tell "with a few and known words"!!!! The way I had made first, became the opposed idea... Isn't it???

Hi Sergio!
Yes that's right my friend! But I understood what you meant!
"little-known words" would mean that there were only a few words that you know...
Yes, I guess poetry is more difficult, the same as it is for me in Portuguêse!
Speak to you again soon!
My e-mail/MSN is on the left side of my blog if you ever want to write to me or add me to your MSN...
Hugs amigo!

Thank you very much, my friend! But I don't have MSN... In fact, I've become an internet user assiduous (out of work) a few months ago... rsrs Hugs!!
