Finally in the land of Blog!

Well, after thinking about it for a loooong time, and wondering why the hell would anyone want to read my ramblings, I have decided to finally create my Blog! Whoo-Hoo!! Cue the fireworks!

I'm not really sure what to write in my very first post so I will just write a bit about myself and my interests:

So, where can I start? I have lived in Brasil for almost 10 years, which I truly love despite some problems that the country has... but what country doesn't have problems right?! We are all just living and surviving.

I really love films and music, but the word love just isn't enough really as I am totally obsessed with them! (anyone that truly knows me will tell you that!)

There's not a day goes by without me getting my "fix" of watching a film on Dvd or listening to music... they are always around me and I simply couldn't survive without them.

I have written poetry for many years and have a vast amount of work saved, I love to write and I am a very creative person and I'm always looking for new things to do and discover...

In fact I have recently bought my first acoustic guitar and am learning how to play, so that in the future my poetry can become songwriting, a dream of mine that I hope to put into reality!

Well, in my future posts I will talk more about myself, films, music, the state of the world, things that give me joy, things that anger me, e.t.c...
